Shipping Within the U.S.
At HairBae, we currently only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders placed through our website, www.hairbae.shop, will be processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to help you monitor the delivery status of your package. Please allow additional time for the carrier to deliver your order.
Return Policy
At HairBae, we take pride in the quality of our products, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not have a general return policy, we understand that situations may arise where a product is received in a damaged condition. In such cases, we are here to assist you promptly.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer care team at inquiry@hairbae.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please include the following in your email:

A clear photograph of the damaged product.
A brief description of the damage.
Once we receive this information, our customer care team will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions for the return of the damaged item. Upon verification of the damage, we will promptly send you a replacement bottle of the product at no additional cost to you.
